Driving

Via National Highway No. 1
Exit at the Neihu Interchange. Make a turn to Chenggong Rd, cross the Chenggong Bridge, then turn left onto Chongyang Rd to reach the Exhibition Hall.
Via National Highway No. 3 or No. 5
Exit at the Xintai 5th Rd Interchange. From Xintai 5th Rd, turn left onto Datong Road and go straight to Nangang Rd to reach the Exhibition Hall.

Metro

Take the Wenhu Line (BRown) and get off at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Station (BR24). Exit at Exit 1 and proceed to the venue via TaiNEX Hall 2 Passageway on the right hand side.
Take the Bannan Line (BLue) and get off at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Station (BL23). Exit at Exit 1 and proceed to the venue via TaiNEX Hall 2 Passageway on the right hand side.

TRA/HSR

Get off at Nangang Station and take the MRT Bannan Line to Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Station (BL23).

Please wear your badge at all times and make sure to bring the badge with you throughout the event. You will NOT be able to enter the conference rooms without the badge and no replacements will be issued.
Eating and drinking are NOT allowed in the conference rooms except during the lunch break.

For the convenience of all participants, please yield your seat to the others if you are not coming back in an extended period of time. HITCON staff will remove unattended belongings from time to time and will NOT be responsible for keeping them.
You are encouraged to bring reusable tablewares and utensils. Paper cups will be provided, but please reuse them to avoid unnecessary waste.
Please do visit the booths or participate in the activities when you have time. You may be pleasantly surprised!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, HITCON staff has made rigid plans in accordance with CECC’s COVID-19 Response Guide: Public Gatherings and other authoritative sources to mitigate the impact, including pandemic response mechanisms, controlling measures, equipments and protection suits, staff health management plans, and sanitizing procedures.
To protect all in-person participants attending HITCON PEACE 2022, please follow the instructions below:

Stay at home if you’re ill. Those who’ve shown respiratory syndromes should seek medical attention immediately before resting at home. Those who had a fever must be relieved from high body temperature for over 24 hours without the aid of antipyretic before they could be admitted to the venue.
Please wear a mask indoors at all times for the sake of the seriousness of COVID-19 and our own health. Staff members will take your body temperature upon entrance. Those who refuse to wear a mask or have their forehead temperature higher than 37.4˚C will be refused entry.

Internet access

Complimentary Internet access is NOT provided at the venue.
Cyberattacks in any form are strictly prohibited. Violators will be expelled from the venue.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree to following the code of conduct.
Organizers will enforce this code of conduct throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy.
In particular, sponsors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material.
Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately.
Conference staff will be visible by their special badges and clothing.
Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.
