Kyo Chen currently serves as the Secretary General of the Panasonic Product Cyber Security Promotion Office and the Head of the Panasonic Cyber Security Lab. In addition to promoting the security of Panasonic Group's IoT products, he manages the Cyber Security Lab and jointly leads global product security initiatives in collaboration with the Panasonic Product Security Center in Japan. Kyo is dedicated to IoT product protection, threat analysis, vulnerability research, and cybersecurity training across the Panasonic Group.

Ann Cheng currently serves as Secretary-General of the Taiwan Hacker Association, specializing in project management and resource integration, with a long-term commitment to planning cybersecurity competitions and educational training activities. Since 2023, she has participated in MODA's Cross-Domain Cybersecurity Alliance Program, serving as the project director for international hacker competitions and community exchange initiatives. She also founded and coordinates the HITCON Cyber Range Blue Team Competition, creating a practical cybersecurity platform for enterprises, and collaborates with CCoE to promote elite cybersecurity courses, strengthening industry-academia connections and talent development.

Chung-Kuan Chen is currently a cybersecurity research director in CyCraft and responds for organizing their research team. He earned his PHD degree of Computer Science and Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University (NCTU). His research focuses on applying machine learning to assist malware analysis, threat analysis and vulnerability discovery. He has presented technical presentations in technique conferences, such as BlackHat, HITCON, RootCon, CodeBlue, FIRST, and VXCON. Besides founding of NCTU hacker research clubs, he trains students to participate world-class security contests and has experience of participating DEFCON CTF (2016 in HITCON Team and 2018 as coach in BFS team). As an active member in Taiwan security community, he is the chief of review committee of HITCON conference, and member of CHROOT - the top private hacker group in Taiwan.

LYS is currently pursuing a master's degree in Institute of Network Engineering at NYCU. Since 2022, he has been involved in organizing HITCON CTF, responsible for competition infrastructure development, and served as the head of the problem-setting team from 2023 to 2024.

Vincent Li currently serves as the FortiGuard Labs Anti-Virus Analyst in Fortinet, responsible for network intelligence threat research and malware analysis. He had been publish several analysis articles in company blog. He has actively been involved in HITCON related community activities as a staff since 2018, and join UCCU Hacker, the cyber security community, and HIT (a.k.a. Association of Hackers in Taiwan) as member since 2022.

Fei Lin (Phoebe) is the CEO of Kiwis Co., Ltd., specializing in penetration testing and web security. She is adept at designing hands-on training courses and creating custom virtual machines for practice. With many years of experience in the cybersecurity community, she currently serves as the Web Pentest Team Lead for HITCON GIRLS. Holding the OSCE3 certification, she has been an instructor for HITCON Training, as well as for educational institutions, government agencies, and publicly listed companies, dedicating her efforts to promoting cybersecurity education and the practical application of offensive and defensive security skills.

Darren Lee is a Software Engineer in the Advanced Attack Surface Research Group at TXOne Networks Threat Research Team, focusing on internal service development and AI Security research. Former Vice President of NISRA, collaborative instructor for Ministry of Education's AIS3 program, and AI security instructor in the financial sector. Active in cybersecurity communities since 2018, engaging in knowledge sharing and technical exchange with focus on AI security technologies.

Sherry Taur is currently a Consultant in Risk and Control Services at PwC Taiwan. She previously served as the Management Representative for ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, responsible for the implementation and daily management of the company's information security and privacy frameworks, with a focus on building and continuously improving governance mechanisms. She is also a member of HITCON GIRLS, actively engaged in information security governance and the development of women's cybersecurity communities.

David Su is a cybersecurity consultant specializing in technical assessment and compliance. He is dedicated to evaluating the integrity and resilience of enterprise security from multiple perspectives. Over the years, he has been an active contributor to the HITCON community, taking part in planning and coordinating both technical meetups and on-site events to foster knowledge exchange and strengthen community engagement.

Kuro is a current board member of the ISC2 Taipei Chapter, actively participating in cybersecurity community events and passionate about sharing personal learning and practical experience. He has worked in high-tech manufacturing, finance, and one of the Big Four accounting firms, responsible for enterprise cybersecurity architecture design, technical testing, and compliance consulting.This background has provided him with a unique blend of client-side and consulting-side insights and hands-on experience.

Rio Chiu currently works as a project manager at an information security company. In this role, she assists the execution team by serving as the customer service point of contact for information security attack services, including red team drills and penetration testing. Rio is also responsible for project schedule management and tracking. As a volunteer, she actively participates in multiple information communities, including HITCON, COSCUP, and SITCON. She has previously served as a team leader-level volunteer partner and continues to contribute to the community.

Eva is currently pursuing a master's degree at the Institute of Information Security at National Tsing Hua University. She previously served as the president of Yuan Ze University's Cyber Security Club, where she promoted on-campus knowledge sharing and discussion activities. Since 2022, she has been actively involved in cybersecurity community events and is skilled in writing promotional copy for event marketing and outreach.

Murphy Tsai worked as Project Assistant in Association of Hackers in Taiwan (HIT), responsible for assisting with association various projects and administrative tasks.

Ping Chen currently serves as a Project Coordinator at the Association of Hackers in Taiwan, HIT, assisting with administrative tasks for association events, project progress management, and documentation processing.

Hazel Kao is the Senior Account Director at The Hoffman Agency, where she leads a team and manages technology clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. With over 10 years of experience, she is a seasoned communicator for technology sectors, including AI, cybersecurity, semiconductors, cloud, data, and the internet. Hazel excels in developing and executing effective communication strategies that drive impactful results both locally and globally. Previously, Hazel worked in corporate communications at Yahoo, supporting corporate communications and handling PR initiatives for media content, digital advertising, e-commerce, and technology. She began her career at Ogilvy Public Relations, a global creative communications agency.
