Red & Blue Team Forum

From CTF Competition to Enterprise Practice

Bringing Industry Together, Developing the Next Generation of Security Talent

As one of Taiwan's leading cybersecurity communities, HITCON has long invested in talent development, connecting academia, industry, and the community. From CTF competitions to enterprise defense, we are committed to providing a platform for security professionals to grow and connect.

During the HITCON Cyber Range × CTF competition, we will host Discovery Day, an in-person event featuring the return of the Elite Talent Cultivation × Red & Blue Team Forum, where participants, students, and industry professionals can meet and exchange ideas with experts on site.

Enterprise Attack-Defense Practices and Talent Development

Centered on the security challenges enterprises face today, the forum invites industry experts to share their experience in building and operating security teams, planning and conducting attack-defense exercises, and developing in-house talent.

Bringing together enterprise security teams, government agencies, and community representatives, the forum covers Red Team and Blue Team practices and CSIRT and PSIRT operations, helping attendees understand the scope of different security roles and the career paths they offer.
